Pets - Max 2 allowed, One time Fee $400.00, Rent $20.00
All Presidium communities are pet-friendly. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment home and must abide by the below breed restrictions as well as all pet policies referenced in the Community Policies Document and Pet Addendum.

• Rottweiler
• American / Pit Bull / Bull Terrier
• Dobermann
• Siberian Husky
• Chow
• Cane Corso
• Bullmastiff
• Alaskan Malamute
• Wolf hybrids
